Quality control

Quality and a self control system in the production of safe and healthy food, is a process kept alive and constantly reviewed in our company. In the production process, Industrias Cárnicas La Cope has introduced some regulations for the Quality Control, such as the ISO quality 9001, and others regulations for Food Security, such as the Prerequisite Hygiene and Traceability Requirements and the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).

During the processes of slaughtering, quartering, production, packaging and expedition we take continuous samples that are analyzed in the microbiological internal laboratory of the company, placed in the same floor. After having passed all the controls, the product can be put on sale since it achieves our quality requirements.
