Our History

In Industrias Cárnicas LA COPE we have gained a significant experience as meat suppliers in the Valencian Community; in fact, we are heirs of the well-known Cooperativa de Carniceros y Chacineros of Torrent that opened its doors in 1965, with a small slaughterhouse and a completely craft system.

Since then, we have not ceased to grow, with constant reinvestment and modernization in our production systems. We keep alive the memory of the Cooperative that saw the birth of our company, turned into Public Limited Company in 1993.
